Mexican Amber Lager, Old Caz, Santa Rosa, 5.3% The year is 2012, and we had just finished working 2 weeks in the sweltering Coachella Valley. Upon finishing, we sat down, ordered a Negra Modelo, and became so satiated by the beverage that we swore then and there to one day brew a beer that could remind us of that glorious moment. Chismosa is a malt focused, clean, and crushable Mexican Amber Lager, and it’s name comes from the Spanish word Chisme, or, to gossip. Hazy IPA, Humble Sea, Santa Cruz, 6.8% ABV Brewery Description: Double dry hopped with Citra, Centennial, Simcoe & Chinook Socks & Sandals was our very first foggy IPA and it’s stuck with us since before our taproom opened over 5 years ago! West Coast IPA. Alvarado Street, Monterey, 6.9% Three time GABF medal winner, including gold in 2018! Our drier, decidedly “tropical” IPA that’s light on bitterness, but heavy on hop aroma, courtesy of 100% Mosaic hops. One whiff and you get super intense notes of passion fruit, mango, and lychee.

Hazy Double IIPA, Barebottle, San Francisco, 8.0% ABV Brewery Description: Our doctors of juiceology have isolated a virulently juicy strain of double IPA. Blending experimental Hop 07270 with Strata for maximum aromas of pineapple, terpenes, & tropical fruit. This beer has been nominated for a Nobel in Juiceology.⠀

West Coast Double IIPA, Altamont, Livermore, 8.7% ABV Brewery Description: made with 100% Mosaic hops and 2-row malt, and has a 9% ABV. The beer has a crystal-clear appearance, a medium body, and moderate carbonation. It has a slight bitterness, and a big aroma and flavor of melon, mango, pineapple, and guava. The term "juicy" in beer refers to the aroma and taste, which is reminiscent of fruit juice, typically citrus or stone fruit. Hops: Citra

Black Lager, Oakland United, Oakland, 5.3% 2022 Great American Beer Festival (GABF) (R) Silver Medal winning beer in the German Dark Lager category. This is our tribute to a classic German Schwarzbier. Don't let the color of this beer fool you, it's light on the palate and full of flavor. Notes of coffee and roast with enough German noble hops to round out the malt profile. 5.3% ABV.

As soon as you draw in this effervescent and creamy, Belgian-style White Ale, you will be transported to a golden sea of tall, dry wheat moving in the wind. This beer is perfectly balanced with subtle flavors of banana and bread, accented by the black peppercorn on the tip of your tongue and finishing with light notes of spice and a dry, yeast character.

Gluten Free Lager, Otherwise, Santa Rosa, 5.0% ABV Brewery Description: Calrose Crisp is a pale lager brewed by Otherwise Brewing with malted Calrose rice, giving it a crisp, clean finish and subtle notes of toasted rice and honey. It has an ABV of 5.0% and is naturally gluten free. Calrose Crisp is made with Hallertau Tradition hops and was released in February 2021. It won awards at the 2023 BTI World Beer Championships and the 2023 Tasting Alliance World Beer Competition
